Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organised, results-driven professional to oversee daily operations at our physical office. You will manage workflows, supervise staff, ensure efficiency across departments, and drive operational excellence in line with Withubb's growth strategy. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love making systems work better, this role is built for you.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Experience managing teams or office operations
- Excellent communication — written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Based in or willing to relocate to Enugu
Field Marketer
We need a proactive, persuasive individual to represent Withubb in the field — generating leads, engaging potential clients directly, and driving business growth through offline marketing. Your earnings grow with your results. If you're a natural networker who loves turning conversations into deals, this is your opportunity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
- Understanding of tech products (or willingness to learn fast)
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Based in Enugu or surrounding area
