Fully Managed
Withubb Ltd handles hosting, security updates, automated backups, server monitoring, maintenance, and domain renewals. A worry-free, hands-off experience for your team.
Client Managed
After deployment, the client assumes full responsibility for hosting, maintenance, renewals, and system security. Full source code and documentation is provided.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend the Fully Managed option for clients without in-house technical teams. Self-managed hosting without expertise significantly increases security risk and platform downtime.

Restricted Project Policy
Withubb Ltd operates with a strict ethical code. We will not develop, host, manage, or support platforms related to any of the following, regardless of framing or claimed intent:

Any project found to fall into these categories will be terminated immediately.
- Scam, fraud, or deceptive financial activities
- Fake investment platforms or Ponzi schemes
- Adult, pornographic, or explicit sexual content
- Gambling or betting platforms (without valid government licensing)
- Hate speech, terrorism, or violent extremism
- Copyright piracy or intellectual property theft
- Human exploitation, trafficking, or abuse
- Any platform designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm end users
Client Responsibilities
By engaging Withubb Ltd's services, clients agree to the following obligations:
- Ensure all submitted content, data, and materials are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international regulations for your industry and jurisdiction
- Protect login credentials, API keys, and system access — do not share these with unauthorised parties
- Use all delivered systems responsibly, legally, and in accordance with their intended purpose
- Provide timely feedback and approvals during the development process to avoid project delays
- Maintain lawful business operations — Withubb is not liable for client-side legal violations
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
These commitments apply to all Withubb Ltd managed hosting and ongoing support arrangements.

Maintenance Windows
Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp. Emergency maintenance required to protect system integrity may occur without prior notice, with immediate communication once the window begins.
SLA Exclusions
Our SLA commitments do not apply to outages or degradation caused by:
- Third-party service failures (payment gateways, email providers, CDN providers)
- Internet service provider outages or network disruptions beyond our infrastructure
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns)
- Client-initiated changes or modifications to the platform without Withubb involvement
- Security breaches resulting from client failure to protect access credentials
Training & Digital Skills Programmes
Withubb Ltd runs structured web development and digital skills training programmes — including free community training for Nigerian developers.
- All training materials, videos, documentation, and code samples are the intellectual property of Withubb Ltd
- Redistribution, resale, or duplication of training content is strictly prohibited without written permission
- Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout all training sessions
- Course fees (where applicable) are non-refundable after the programme has commenced
- Certificates issued by Withubb Ltd are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional accreditation unless explicitly stated
Licensing & Ownership
- Ownership of custom-built software transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Withubb Ltd retains rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, and internal tooling used in building your project
- Proprietary software products (Hotel Management System, SMS, LMS, etc.) are licensed — not sold. Usage rights are defined in a separate licensing agreement
- Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of Withubb products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
- Open-source components used in your project remain under their respective open-source licences, which are documented in project handover files
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Withubb Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Business revenue losses or loss of profits attributable to system downtime or platform issues
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
- Data loss caused by third-party services, client-side negligence, or force majeure events
- Misuse, modification, or repurposing of delivered software by the client or third parties
- Security breaches resulting from failure to apply recommended updates or protect access credentials
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We strongly recommend clients maintain independent data backups regardless of any hosting arrangement with Withubb.
Governing Law & Policy Updates
These Development Practices and Service Level Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Withubb Ltd reserves the right to update this page at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date above. For significant changes affecting client agreements, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients directly.
