The MSMA formalises Withubb Ltd as the permanent technical manager of your hotel system — deployment, maintenance, CI/CD, upgrades, and 24/7 support for the lifetime of the agreement.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
All client hotel data — guests, staff, financials, operations — is protected by a legally binding NDA. Withubb Ltd restricts access exclusively to authorised technical personnel. Your data is never shared, sold, or disclosed. This NDA remains in force indefinitely, beyond the duration of the service agreement.
