The Challenge & Our Solution
The Challenge
St. Mary's needed a digital platform that could communicate the full range of its healthcare services while making it significantly easier for patients and prospective patients to understand the hospital, explore available care and take the next step toward receiving treatment.
The platform also needed to support a healthcare membership model with different plans, benefits and payment options while providing a clear pathway for patients to book consultations and engage with the hospital.
Another challenge was presenting a wide range of medical departments, facilities and healthcare information in a calm, trustworthy and easy-to-navigate experience suitable for patients and families.
