The Challenge & Our Solution
The Challenge
Reliable Anchor needed to establish a strong digital presence for a logistics business operating within the complex Nigerian import and cargo movement ecosystem.
The platform needed to communicate several interconnected services while making it simple for importers to request assistance, submit shipment information, obtain quotes and understand the journey from port arrival through final delivery.
A major requirement was also to provide customers with visibility into their shipments rather than relying entirely on phone calls and manual status enquiries.
The system therefore needed to combine customer acquisition, service ordering, shipment tracking and operational communication within one platform.

The platform also separates the company's six major service areas into dedicated digital experiences, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, import documentation, cargo tracking, special cargo handling and road transportation.
